MailVeto accesses Gmail only after you grant permission. It reads email content to classify importance and applies MailVeto labels inside Gmail.
MailVeto never deletes email. When automatic filtering is enabled, it may archive Later and Noise messages by removing the Gmail Inbox label.
Email content may be sent to the configured AI provider for classification. Refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. You can disconnect Gmail at any time; disconnecting removes MailVeto’s stored classifications and credentials, but does not alter messages or labels in Gmail.
